Honorably served 27 years in the United States Air Force. Varnell completed his military career as Superintendent, Mental Health Services at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV in the rank of Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt). Among his many assignments he served as Manager, Substance Abuse Outpatient and Residential Treatment Programs; Senior Manager, Mental Health Services; Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Consultant for the Command Surgeon General; Psychology Technician; Manager, Command Drug Testing Program; Manager, Inpatient Mental Health Services; Counselor, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment, and Neuropsychology Technician for the Veteran’s Healthcare Administration. Varnell is a resident graduate of the esteemed Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Academy. He has a Master of Arts Degree in Healthcare Management from Wayland Baptist University and currently pursuing a Master of Sciences Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, emphasis in Military Families and Culture from Walden University.

Tracey completed her military career as Superintendent, Basic Military Training Squadron at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX in the rank of Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt). Among her many assignments she served as Chief, Human Capital Officer; Senior Enlisted Manager, Basic Military Training (BMT); Director, Airman Professional Military Leadership School; Senior Manager, Group Administration Services; Interim First Sergeant; Air Force Recruiter; Administrative Manager, Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS); and Administrative Assistant Specialist. Tracey is a resident graduate of the esteemed Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Academy. She has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Human Resource Management and completed a Master of Arts Degree in Management, with an emphasis in Human Resources from Wayland Baptist University.
